Return Policy – Couture Department

At Couture Department, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s). The 14-day return period begins on the day you receive your order.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags must still be attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.

Couture Department reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [insert email address]. Include your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter promptly.
